Triple 'I' policy CEO Feroz Khan, Mr Khan's eldest son, commented: "We want the company to grow robustly, but we still have a major commitment to integration, innovation and integrity. "Based on this 'Triple I' policy, Khansforge is committed to meet the demands of customers, and we make it our responsibility to become a leader within the steel grating business. "Combining our superior resources and world-class technology, we have achieved global standards by manufacturing some of the highest quality steel gratings. Our core strength lies in the fact that we are involved in a constant process of advancement." Khansgrate comes in a variety of models that provide for the flooring platforms onshore and offshore, as well as petrochemical and power plants. With competition stiff in the market, the company is always perpetually staying one step ahead of its rivals with research and development activities and trendsetting initiatives
Quality to the core While the oil and gas sector continues to be stuck in an economic malaise, Khansforge is quickly moving on by developing products for the Malaysian marine piping markets. Moreover, in recent years, the company has bagged multiple awards including Leadership Excellence in Hi-Technology Manufacturing in the fifth and sixth Middle East Business Leaders Awards 2014 and 2015 in Dubai; and Excellence in Oil and Gas Support Service Sector in the fifth Global Leadership Awards 2015. Khansforge has also won Leadership Excellence in Hi-Technology in Manufacturing Sector in the Selangor Excellence Business Awards 2014, while Ayub Khan was honoured with Masterclass Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 at the Global Leadership awards in Dubai
"We want to ensure that the client provides us with the correct information for an order at the point of execution. We work to very precise measurements, so there is no room for assumptions," Feroz Khan said. " Getting it right the first time means fewer startups in the long run in terms of ongoing relations with clients." Feroz Khan added: " We always want to exceed the best examples of international standards with our work and we cannot afford to falter. You can never compromise on quality and we never will." The company is continually looking at exports and international players to extend its reach given the weak demand in a number of industries and the weakening strength of the Malaysian Ringgit. "It took us many challenges to get here and, on reflection, as one door closes, another will always be opening for Khansforge," concluded Feroz Khan.
