KHANSGRATE Series 1

Our grate complies with BS 4592 .0 2006 (Code for fixed platforms, walkways, stairways and ladders). This product is specifically used throughout all sections of the industry.

A grating of this type with 3 mm load bar centre always has the great resistance to surface impact of the whole Khansgrate ranges.

This type of grating is used extensively in Power Stations, Refineries, Sewerage Treatment Plants, Grain Silos, Chemical Plants, and as Trafficable Drain Gates and Stair Treads.

In its serrated nature Series 1 grating is utilized in wet, greasy areas especially by the oil industry on offshore production platform.

These grates are classified as for their Load Bar Pitch which is 30 mm from bar to bar. Standard Banding, Weld - Every 5th Load Bar.

KHANSGRATE Series 2

Khansgrate Series 2 compared to Series 1, is the most economical and lighter type. It adheres to BS 4592.0 2006 (code for fixed platforms, walkways,stairways and ladders).

This type of grating is significantly ideal in area of short span and also for conveyor or walkways. It can be used in storage shelves, mezzanine floors, catwalk runways as security grills, and even as sun screen.

Khansgrate uses a 40mm pitch with standard banding and welding at every 4th Load Bar

KHANSGRATE Series 3

Khansgrate Series 3 is distinctively designed to cater for the aggravating problems of spillage of access material onto the floor especially in the mining industry. With adequately large openings (normally 60 x 50) the access material will flow through easily clearing the pathways from any unwanted hazards.

A 60mm pitch is used for the design of our Series 3. Standard Banding, Weld – Every 3th Load Bar
