KHANSGRATES are manufactured by strictly adhering to N.A.A.M.M. (National Association of Architectural Metal-Manufacturer) specification and the strict quality sanctioned by our own TQC system. See following graphic illustrations.

1. Khansgrate comprise of flat bars (plain or serrated) and twisted bars.

2. Khansforge forging machine forges the flat bars and twisted bars to produce Khansgrate panel.

3. The Grating panel is cut accordingly to customer’s requirement.

4. Panels are fabricated as per customer requirement.

5. Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) checking of panels prior to galvanizing.

6. Hot Dip Galvanizing based on customer’s standard requirement (eg. ASTM 123).

7. Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) checking and bundling prior to delivery.

8. Final destination to customers.
